Holiday Peppermint Ice Cream Sandwich Bites

With a holiday twist, ice cream sandwiches are sure to be a favourite this season. They are shelf stable and don't melt!  Cut into bite sized nuggets, these are a mess free snack that you can pop in your mouth, toss in a candy bowl, or added to a school lunch! 

Ingredients:  Ice cream: Sugars (sugar, glucose), Fresh cream, Modified milk ingredients, Red and green mint crisps (sugar, rice crisps [rice flour, brown sugar, malt extract, rice extract], coconut oil, modified palm and palm kernel oil, allura red, brilliant blue, tartrazine, natural flavour), Mono- and diglycerides, Carob bean gum, Cellulose gum, Guar gum, Carrageenan, Natural flavour, Turmeric extract, Brilliant blue. Wafers: Enriched wheat flour, Sugars (sugar/glucose-fructose, dextrose), Caramel colour, Palm oil, Corn flour,  Modified corn starch, Baking soda, Soy lecithin, Soy mono- and diglycerides, Salt, Cocoa.
