Cookies and Cream Ice Cream Sandwich Bites

Freeze dried ice cream sandwiches, need we say more? They are shelf stable and don't melt, but have the same tastiness, if not more!  Cut into bite sized nuggets, these are a mess free snack that you can pop in your mouth, toss in a candy bowl, or added to a school lunch!

Wafers: Enriched wheat flour, Sugars (sugar/glucose-fructose, dextrose), Caramel colour, Palm oil shortening, Corn flour, Modified corn starch, Baking soda, Soy lecithin, Soy mono- and diglycerides, Salt, Cocoa.
